We want you to love your Flue lighting. If it’s not the right fit, you’re covered.

30-Day Money Back

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Items should be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition when possible.

How to start a return

1. Email support@fluehome.com with your order number and the product(s) you’d like to return.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
3. Ship the item back using the method provided. Keep your tracking number until the refund is complete.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes a few business days after the return is received; your bank may need additional time to post the credit.

Exchanges

Need a different product? Start a return, then place a new order—or ask our team and we’ll help you find the simplest path.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, opened consumables, and products damaged by misuse may not qualify. If you’re unsure, contact us before shipping anything back.
